A vibrant building containing both commercial and residential functions with an attractive architectural form that provides a solution to a complex site and aims to contribute to the regeneration of the area. The proposal seeks to incorporate contemporary durable and sustainable construction systems and materials such as corrugated perforated metal cladding and vertical vegetation. The facade has depth and transparency and is intended to break up the massing through a play of light and shadow.
